This workshop will present up-to-date information on the Electronic Nicotine Delivery Systems (ENDS) on the market in the US, especially e-cigarettes, the status of their regulation by the FDA, what's in them and how they work, how they are being marketed, and how their use is being addressed by government agencies, businesses and tobacco control advocates.

Group discussion of the pros and cons of ENDS products, as well as potential for unintended consequences, will be facilitated along with an opportunity to share ideas related to actions that could be taken locally and at a state level to mediate negative effects and prevent youth initiation of an addicting product.
